Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are handled by our shipping partners. If your parcel is delayed, please allow a little extra time during busy periods. If your order appears to be lost, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Question: What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to amend or cancel it.
